Petmania Pet Supplies Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Petmania we love birds! Therfore we strive to sell good quality products. However there may be an occasion where you may require an exchange or refund. We provide bird friendly products that are safe for your bird.
Petmania will issue a refund to its customers in the following situations:
The item/s sold to you is defective through no fault of your own;
The item/s are not fit for the purpose as described to you by Petmania; and
The item does not match the description given by Petmania.
In the unlikely event that any of the above occur, simply contact us to help get your refund underway. You will need to contact Petmania within a reasonable timeframe of discovering the defct in order to receive a refund. This should be within 7 days of receiving your products.
If the item is faulty, Petmania can decide to have the item repaired in place of a refund. However if you prefer you can also exchange or receive store credit.
Refunds will not be given if you change your mind, so please choose your items carefully.
